ICESI 2019, 22-24 August 2019 Conference in Tokyo, Japan

To ensure your paper could be included in IEEE database, please make sure you complete the following steps for the final manuscript submission before the deadline (15 June 2019).

(Note: Authors of full-length papers are required to follow all the steps (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Authors of abstract papers only require to follow steps 1 and 2.)

Step 1: Preparation of Your Final Manuscript

The final camera-ready manuscript of your paper should follow the conference templates with US letter formats that can be found at Step 2 of initial submission guideline.

The paper should not include any header or footer information in the top/bottom margins. Proofread your source document thoroughly as there will be no possibility for further revision.

Step 2: Registration

In order for your paper(s) to be published in the IEEE ICESI 2019 Conference Proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore, make sure to complete the registration and payment process before the deadline. Without completing the registration and payment processes, your paper will not be included in the IEEE ICESI 2019 Conference Proceedings.

Step 3: Complete IEEE Copyright Form Submission Process

To ensure your paper could be included in IEEE Xplore, please make sure you complete the copyright form submission.

Step 4: Generation of the PDF file and validation of the manuscript by IEEE PDF eXpress

Prior to final submission, the final manuscript PDF file must be validated by IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure that it is IEEE Xplore-compliant.
