Taoyuan Airport Metro (MRT)
Where to find : Taoyuan Airport MRT in Arrival Greeting Hall of both terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Taxi
Where to find : Airport taxis queue outside the arrival halls of both terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
How much : Taxi fare is based on the meter plus 50% surcharge. Normally, it costs about NT$1200 in total.

Buses
Several buses link the airport to Taipei, Taoyuan City, Jhongli, Taichung, Banqiao, Changhua, and THSR's Taoyuan Station. Bus terminals are present at both terminals.
Where to find : From T1: zone at B1 Arrivals. From T2: At the northeast arcade of the 1st floor Arrivals lobby. (Tickets are sold at bus counters.)
How much : One-way fare varies from NT$110 to NT$140 per adult.
Service hours : 05:40 –00:30 ; interval 10–20 minutes.

From Taipei Songshan International Airport to Academia Sinica

Taipei Metro (MRT)
Hop on the Bannan (Blue) Line (板南/藍線) at Taipei Main Station and get off at Nangang Exhibition Station . (NT$30)
From Nangang Exhibition Station to Academia Sinica
Buses
A single section fare is NT$15. Pay upon boarding or getting off according to the instructions. Take bus routes 306, 205, 620, 645, or 276 and get off from the Academia Sinica stop (中央研究院). The ride will take about 10 minutes.
