Young Investigators Award
of the 7^th Scientific Meeting of Asian Society for Vascular Biology

Eligibility

• The first author who presents the poster under the age of 40.
• Invited speakers are not eligible to participate.

 

Award rules

• The presenting first author must have registered and submitted their abstract to this meeting via the “website”.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Qualified participants will be announced on Aug 30, 2016.
• The final 8 nominees will be chosen among the qualified participants on Oct 28, 2016.
• Each nominee will have to make a 12 min oral presentation of his/her research on Oct 29, 2016 for final evaluation.

 

Awards

• The Winner will be awarded with US 500.
• The First runner-up will be awarded with US 300.
• The Second runner-up will be awarded with US 200.
• Other nominees will be awarded with US 100.
• Awardees information will be published on the Conference website.

 

How to apply

• Abstract Submission is made via the website. To submit an abstract click “here”.
• Remember to tick “ Tick if you were under 40 and wish to participate the Young Investigator Award” when submitting the abstract.
• Applicants must submit the following items:
  • a copy of their passport,
  • a brief CV (1 page),
  • a statement to indicate young investigator’s contribution, where there are co-authors or study group collaborators (1 page), and
  • a statement to disclose if the work had been published (1 page).
• Qualified participants will be announced on Aug 30, 2016.
