Following the highly successful IWXM workshops held in:

• IWXM 2009 at Osaka University in Japan,
• ACTOP 2011 at Diamond Light Source in UK,
• IWXM 2012 at ALBA in Spain,
• MEADOW 2013 at Trieste in Italy,
• IWXM 2015 at Advanced Light Source in USA,

the 6th International Workshop on X-ray Optics and Metrology (IWXM 2018) will be held at the Taiwan Photon Source, NSRRC in Hsinchu, Taiwan as a satellite meeting of SRI 2018. The workshop will provide a forum for presentation and discussion of the latest information and achievements in X-ray optics, especially mirror optics. The meeting will introduce new concepts, equipment, and products, as well as highlight recent advances in X-ray optics and optical systems. Presentations on emerging needs, progress reports, and topical reviews covering the following and related topics are solicited.
