    The group registration process is as follows:

    1. For group registration, please download the dedicated form, complete it, and then email it to the designated email address.
    2. Once we receive your registration information, we will reply with the amount due and the bank account details for payment.
    3. For group registrations of 20 or more participants registering as International Delegates, all members will enjoy a 10% OFF discount on the registration fee (based on the date of receipt of the email to determine eligibility for Early Bird discount).
    4. For Pharmacy Students registering and wishing to attend the Gala Dinner, there will be a separate fee of USD 50, and no additional discounts will be applied.

  2. After creating an account, select “Online Registration” and complete the form. Once done, you can register and pay the registration fee online.

Payment Method

  • All payments made over this system are processed by Ecpay, a third-party service provider. When you make the payment, you will be redirected to the Ecpay website. Please make payment with peace of mind.
  • Individual: After completing the registration form, make the payment online with a credit card.
  • Group: After verifying the name list, the organizer will provide remittance information. Please make the payment via remittance by the given deadline.

 

Receipt

  • The receipt will be available for download on the website when the congress opening.

 

Registration Fee Refund Policy

  1. Please apply for a refund via email.
  2. The deadline for refund application is October 23 (inclusive). Registration fees will be refunded after deducting handling fees.
  3. Refund Amount

    100%: refund applications made on or before September 30.

    50%: refund applications made on or before October 1-8.

    20%: refund applications made on or before October 9-23.

    No application for refunds will be accepted from October 24 onwards.

  1. The Organizer will not pay for the deduction of transaction or handling fee.
  2. No onsite request for refunds will be entertained.
  3. The estimated refund and actual refund may differ due to the exchange rate differences.
  4. Your refund application will be processed within 30 workdays after application received. You will be notified by email after the refund process is completed.
  5. After cancelling the registration, your poster will not be publicly displayed, and no certificate of submission will be issued.

  Registration Note:

  1. For local delegates, the Gala Dinner is not included in the registration fee. If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner, an additional NTD 1,550 will be charged.
  2. Group registration is only for local delegates who are in the same organization and are made up of at least 10 people.
  3. A letter of verification from university or student card is required for students.
  4. Please remit FULL payment to the organizer. All bank charges / administration fees will be borne by the participant.
  5. Note: Fees listed DO NOT INCLUDE any processing/ web admin fees/ transaction fees/ bank charges incurred in the payment process.
  6. Scope of Registration Fee:
    • Registration Fees do NOT include accommodation costs.
    • Fully registered pharmacists may access all the Congress functions by showing their registration badge EXCEPT in the pre-congress session, which is strictly for invited guests only.
    • Student delegates may access all congress functions EXCEPT the Gala Dinner.
    • Accompanying Persons are only allowed to attend the opening and closing ceremonies, exhibits, welcome reception, and Gala Dinner.
  1. Only one accompanying person per registered pharmacist is allowed to participate in the event.
