Gala Dinner – Ninja Kyoto Restaurant & Labyrinth

One of the reasons why ninja are loved all over the world today may be in the "mystique of ninja ". A person who uses Ninjutsu is a ninja. Ninjutsu is not a martial art. The methodology for performing espionage and strategy is Ninjutsu. Espionage is similar to the job of modern spies, wherein one carefully gathers intelligence about the enemy and analyzes its military strength.

During the gala dinner in Kyoto, you can see the fantastic performances of Ninjutsu and have the special but great dining experience with Ninjas. Now join the gala dinner to experience Japanese traditional culture and have fun with Ninjas!!

17:30-21:00, Thursday, May 11, 2017

 (Dining Time from 18:00 to 20:00)

Rate:                                                                                                                                    

1. Conference Delegate: $ 100 USD / person
2. Accompanying friend & family: $ 135 USD /person
3. Child under 8 years old (Kids Plate): $ 50 USD /person

*The vegetarian meal or non-pork meal can be arranged, please inform the conference secretary about your requirement after pay.

*The meal would be provided according to the restaurant’s arrangement, so the dishes may not be exactly the same as the picture.

17:30 Pick up at Kyoto Research Park

18:00-20:00 Gala Dinner and at NINJA KYOTO.

     (Ninjutsu performance during dinner time)

20:00-21:00 Return to JR Kyoto Station

*The fare includes the transportation round trip from venue to attractions and gala dinner

Refund & Cancelation Policy

1. Please note that the minimum number of 20 participants is required to operate the tour. If the minimum number is not met, HEF holds the right to cancel the tour and will refund the tour fee in full. In this case, the tour participants will be informed by email before March 25 and receive the refund by PayPal.
2. Due to the seat is limit, the maximum is 25 people. Please reserve and pay fare in advance. We do not accept any onsite change or payment.
3. If participants do not pay Gala Dinner fee and Conference registration fee before March 31st, 2017, their seats will be cancelled and passed to other delegates.
4. If participants cancel the tour for personal reasons, the cancelation charge will be applied as follows. For personal reason cancelation unable to get fully refund.

   --Before March 31st, 2017: 50% refund

   --After April 1st, 2017: Nonrefundable

Important Information

1. We recommend you to wear the comfortable clothes or business casual.
2. HEF has the right to readjust the itinerary and schedule due to weather, traffic, and irresistible reasons.
3. If the attraction is invisible due to the weather conditions, the tour will not be canceled and tour fee will not be refunded.
4. Participants should follow the tour guide’s instructions. The tour guide and HEF are not responsible for participants’ leave without notice and personal activities. The tour bus won’t wait for any personal excuse.
5. HEF does not accept any on-site change. Please make reservation in advance.
