Founded in 2015, CC Gallery is an emerging contemporary art space in Shulin District, New Taipei City, close to Yingge Ceramics Museum. It offers young artists a place to display their artworks in metalwork, jewelry, craft, painting, and sculpture. The mission of CC Gallery is to promote contemporary art and craft with great potential. It encourages the use of multimedia as an art form, curates exhibition space, organizes lectures and workshops, and brings art into people’s lives through art and cultural events. It offers a diverse exhibition space to facilitate the exchange of ideas in contemporary art and craft between Taiwan and the international community. It also hopes to voice its support for the contemporary art and craft in Taiwan by exhibiting the artworks of young enthusiastic art creators who have dreams and experiment with their works.

Tang Hsuan has created many ceramic sculptures that are fantastical and adorable at the same time. In this exhibition, we see many of his dreams and fantasies in this works. Tang’s works embody his strong personal style and explores the relationship between people and reality, between objects and space. Through this exhibition, we hope for visitors to experience eternity in a moment as they appreciate Tang’s works. The construction of ceramic materials also weaves together people’s fears and joys, which we hope to convey in this exhibition.
