Invited Lecture / Oral Presentation

  1. Upload Presentation Files
    To save time, all the speakers/presenters are recommended to use the laptops provided by the organizer for presentations. If using a PowerPoint presentation, please save the file in USB and upload it to the communal laptop in the preview room or the session room. Our staff will assist you to save your files. We highly recommend that you bring two copies of your file or bring your own laptop as a backup.
    Speakers/presenters are responsible for their own presentation’s components, including their entire data files, the compatibility of data with the projection system and the USB flash drive.

  2. Presentation Time
    • Invited Lecture: 25 Minutes
    • Oral Presentation: 20 Minutes

    Please arrive at the session room no less than 15 minutes before the start of your session.

  3. Other Information
    • Please use standard fonts and the Windows Operating System only.
    • The default screen resolution of the laptop in the session room is set to XGA (1024x768). Please set your presentation file with the same resolution.
    • If your presentation contains linked audio or movie files, please save the files in the same folder.
    • Please note that all videos should be playable through Window Media Player on Windows 10 without any extension.
    • After you create the presentation file, please check the file with antivirus software.
    • Macintosh Users: The organizer doesn’t provide Macintosh laptops. Please note that a VGA socket for external devices is necessary. Kindly check it in the session room before the start of the session, or during a coffee break prior to your session.
