Poster Presentation

1. Poster Area: open area outside Room 103
2. Poster Size: 90 cm width x 120 cm height
3. Poster Session 1: S1-S3
   Mounting Time: 13:00-17:20, Oct. 28
   Presentation Time: 17:30-19:00, Oct. 28
   Removal Time: before 10:00, Oct. 29
4. Poster Session 2: S4-S7
   Mounting Time: 10:30-15:30, Oct. 29
   Presentation Time: 15:40-17:10, Oct. 29
   Removal Time: before 10:00, Oct. 30
5. Poster Competition
   A poster competition will be held to award prizes to the top posters. Judging is based on (i) the research content of the work, (ii) the poster design and aesthetics, (iii) presentation and the ability of the presenter to effectively answer questions about the work. The winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the congress. 
6. Note
   • The presenting author is expected to present the work in front of the poster during the poster session.
   • The secretariat is not responsible for keeping the poster if it doesn’t be removed on time.
