Latest News for Publication

All accepted abstracts and papers will be published in the Proceedings of 2019 ICEPS with ISSN 2518-2498. Authors of selected full-length papers will be given the opportunity to revise their papers for possible inclusion in several respected journals. At present, ICEPS 2019 has collaborated with International Journal of Education and Psychological Research and Chung Yuan Management Review to publish special issues. Notably, authors of recommended full-length papers will be given the full consideration for publication in the above journals, but the guidelines for publication and the final review results fully depend on the above journals' editorial board.

As usual, after the conference we will send all conference proceedings to ISI office to be possibly indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI). Please note that ISI office welcomes all submissions but there is no guarantee of inclusion in CPCI. Inclusion in CPCI is selective and competitive, while not all-inclusive.

SPECIAL ISSUE

Participants of the ICEPS 2019 are cordially invited to submit your high quality papers to the special issue on " Business, Big-Data, and Decision Sciences " of “International Journal of Data Mining, Modelling and Management (IJDMMM)” which is a peer-reviewed journal indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (Thomson Reuters), Scopus and more (ISSN 1759-1163).

If you are interested in the special issue, please take care of the following:

(1)

Upon receiving our recommendation, authors must register with IJDMMM online submission system

at http://www.inderscience.com/info/inauthors/author_submit.php. From the conference finish date (August 22-24, 2019), you can find the special issue under 2019: Special Issue on: "Business, Big Data and Decision Sciences" on the pull-down menu during the submission process.

Notably, If you have not received our recommendation in April-May, you are encouraged to contact us expressing your interests.

(2)

Papers must be submitted and reviewed online via Inderscience's online submissions system. They must be double-blind refereed according to IJDMMM strict standards. Guest Editors are responsible for appointing (or approving the appointment of) referees.

(3)

Papers will be allocated to a minimum of two referees (but preferably three) not from the same institution or research group as the author and preferably from more than one country.

(4)

Papers must be amended according to referees' comments. The publisher reserves the right to re-referee and/or reject an accepted paper if the paper does not meet the criteria outlined in the review form or if the paper is in some other way deemed possibly unsuitable.

(5)

With regard to conference papers, as our Specific Notes to Authors on the journal home page state, “Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written (taken to mean more than 50%).” As these papers will be substantially rewritten, they will need to go through the journal’s review process in the normal way, as ‘new’ papers submitted to the journal.

(6)

Because of past problems, it is a further requirement that if the original conference paper on which the extended paper is based has been published elsewhere, or its copyright has been assigned to the conference organizers or another party, Editors should ensure that the authors have cleared any necessary permissions with the copyright owner. Articles cannot be accepted, post-review, for publication unless such written permissions have been provided along with author copyright forms.
