All accepted abstracts and papers will be published in the Proceedings of 2019 ICBBD with ISSN 2521-3806. Authors of selected full-length papers will be given the opportunity to revise their papers for possible inclusion in several respected journals. At present, ICBBD 2019 has collaborated with International Journal of Data Mining, Modelling and Management, Smart Science, and Chung Yuan Management Review to publish special issues. Notably, authors of recommended full-length papers will be given the full consideration for publication in the above journals, but the final review results fully depend on each journal editorial board's decision.

As usual, after the conference we will send all conference proceedings to ISI office to be possibly indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI). Please note that ISI office welcomes all submissions but there is no guarantee of inclusion in CPCI. Inclusion in CPCI is selective and competitive, while not all-inclusive.
