Abstract Proceedings

All the accepted full papers presented at the conference will be published in the IEEE Xplore database. Notably, the process of inclusion in IEEE database is very selective and competitive, while not all-inclusive. Therefore, please carefully follow all the steps for your final manuscript submission. The Step-by-Step submission instruction is available on the conference website. Please completely follow the format required by the IEEE and upload your Copyright Form and IEEE-compatible PDF, otherwise your paper will not be sent to the process of inclusion in IEEE database. The deadline to upload your Copyright Form and IEEE-compatible PDF is July 20, 2019.
