Impedance spectroscopy measurement was performed to analyze the difference in exciplex formed at the interface and bulk. The devices exhibit maximum external quantum efficiency of 5.27 % and 14.22 % and maximum power efficiency of 17.95 lm/W and 49.43 lm/W for interfacial and bulk exciplex respectively.

A new cabazole derivative material with high glass transition temperature (Tg) and high triplet energy level was used as host for blue phosphorescent organic light emitting-diode (OLED). The OLED efficiency was comparable with the device with conventional cabazole- based host, 1,3-Bis(N-carbazolyl)benzene (mCP), but having better thermal stability.
