The registration fee can be paid online before October 31 or onsite during the conference hours. All the conference registration payment will be charged in currency of New Taiwan dollars.

PRESENTATION SPONSORED by MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH Project

If your presentation in OPTIC 2018 is associated with the research project sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan, please fill in the registration form with your MOST research ID and title of the research project in order to be eligible for the waived conference fee.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Conference registration includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, poster sessions, the exhibition, and refreshments.

Conference Banquet guest tickets NT$500 (December 7)
December7, NCTU Tainan Campus

OPTIC 2018 Banquet has been changed to 6pm December 7 at NCTU Tainan Campus. A folk entertainment performance (traditional Chinese songs, Song-Jiang Battle Ritual, and Puppet show) will be presented during the banquet time. All OPTIC 2018 participants are welcome to watch the performance (which will be free of charge). Yet, if you'd like to enjoy the delicious local cuisine you need to book the Banquet ticket on line in advance.

REFUND Policy

• Refund requests are for those who have registered and paid for OPTIC 2018 but are unable to attend the conference.
• There is a processing fee of NT$900 for each refund.
• All requests for refunds must be received by November 16, 2018; no refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring after this date.
