Chang-Rong Lin;Mai-Chih Liu;Zhong-Jia Ji;Bo-Chiau Huang;Kun-Mu Lee;Chia-Hua Chan
In this paper, we fabricate nano-patterned FTO substrates for perovskite solar cells. The light absorption of perovskite layer is enhanced by diffraction effect and the charge transfer is improved by increasing the interfaces of FTO/TiO2/perovskite. Compared with planar PSC, the power conversion efficiency is improved from 14.21% to 17.85%.

Multi-cation pseudohalide perovskite solar cells with MASCN additive
Yueh-Ya Chiu;Peter Chen;Ming-Hsien Li
Currently, the perovskite solar cells have high efficiency, but unstable under ambient condition. The purpose of this study is tuning perovskite composition then forming muti-dimension structure. By add large-size cation and pseudohalide SCN- into perovskite to enhance the stability.

Photoluminescence mapping of 2D/3D perovskite film prepared by low pressure vapor assisted solution process
Yu-An Chen
In this study, we explore the photoluminescence mapping PEA-contained perovskite which is fabricated via low-pressure vapor-assisted solution process . Large-sized PEA isn’t compatible with ABX3 lattice, serves as spacer to separate 3D perovskite structure form 2D layer perovskite. The PL mapping, 2D layer perovskites with different n value are identified.

Titanium oxide powder (P90) and deformed TiO2 aggregates (DTA) are used as the mesoporous layer, which is deposited with different ratios of P90/DTA. The photovoltaic characteristics are measured by solar cells measurement system. The optimized photovoltaic characteristics of PSCs with mesoporous layers composed by the ratio of P90/DTA at 7:3.

Porous Counter Electrode for Monolithic Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells Under Dim-light Applications
Yu-Chiung Lin;Pei-Ying Lin;Yu-Shen Chen
In this study, we demonstrate monolithic dye-sensitized solar cells (M-DSCs) with porous structure as a p-type counter electrode, then optimizing the efficiency by replacing different insulator metal-oxide. The M-DSCs with dye Y123 and Cu(II/I)(dmby)2TFSI2/1 electrolyte exhibits a power conversion efficiency of 12.6% in the active area 1cm2 under 200lux illumination.

Efficiency of GaNAsP/GaP Superlattices in Intermediate-Band Solar cells
Yen Ju Lin;Mao Kuen Kuo;Tzy Rong Lin;David Jui Yang Feng
We propose an GaNAsP/GaNAsP/GaP superlattice structure for application to intermediated-band solar cells. Both linear electricity and k·p theories are used to analyze the GaNAsP layer thickness for strain balance and absorption spectrum. The efficiency of PIN solar cell structure with the designed structure was also estimated.

Effect of surface passivation on carrier lifetime of textured crystalline silicon wafers
Bo-Han Nian;Tzu-Hui Lin;Ann-Kuo Chu
We proposed passivating texturized crystalline Si surface using supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2) fluid with H2O2 additive. The treated Si surface was further passivated by depositing an additional amorphous Si layer using VHF CVD system. The carrier lifetime of the Si surface after treatment is 26.9 us.
