The presenters of an accepted paper must register as a participant for the conference before 13th May 2019. Please take into account that once a paper is included in the program, the author should present it at the conference or officially notify the organizers of its withdrawal. The registration process for the Asian Accounting Associations Annual Conference 2019 is administered by the organizing/scientific committee of KAA 2019. Registration for the conference should be done through on-line cash transfer to the bank account created and administered by KAA. All payments must be made in US Dollars. The registrant is also required to submit a registration form to the organizing committee via email ( The registration form does not need to follow any designated format, and you can use a free format of your own choice. Early registrations are due on 6 May 2019. Upon receipt of your registration form by e-mail and payment by on-line cash transfer, the organizing committee will confirm your participation in the conference. You will receive a formal confirmation email in due course.

The registration fee includes Gala Dinner Party, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, admission to all sessions, all conference materials and administration costs. Your registration does not include accommodation and therefore participants are advised to reserve their own accommodations in advance by visiting the hotel websites. Admission to the conference is granted only if the organizing committee has received the registration fee. In case of cancellation before 30 May 2019, you will have to pay 50% of the conference fee. For cancellations on or after 30 May 2019, there will be no refund. In case you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with a letter of cancellation to the organizing committee before 30 May 2019. This information should include the name of the substitute delegate. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to the organizing committee ( Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee.
