【Author Guidelines】
Step 1. Upload the full paper by September 8th, 2023. - Full paper template --> Click Here
- Upload your full paper -->Click Here>> Log in to your account >> Click “Full Paper Submission”>> Proceed to upload your file.
Step 2. Register online for an early bird discount before October 6th. - The Registration system will be available in late August at Here
Step 3. Submit the onsite presentation file by 30th September - For oral presenters：
- PPT template --> Click Here
- Please submit your presentation file in ppt or pdf format before September 30th. File naming format: “(paper no.)” (e.g., AS002.ppt or AS002.pdf )
- Upload your presentation file -- >>Click Here>> Log in to your account >> Click “Presentation file submission”>> Proceed to upload your file
- Each presenter will have 12 mins for onsite presentation and 3 mins for Q&A (total 15 mins)
- For poster presenters
- Poster template-->Click Here
- Please submit your poster file in PDF format by September 30th.>>Click Here>> Log in to your account >> Click “Presentation file submission”
- Setting up the poster：Please send the printed poster to IMPACT Secretariat before October 10th. Postal Address: No.147, Sec. 2, Gaotie N. Rd., Dayuan, Taoyuan 33743, Taiwan,R.O.C 桃園市大園區高鐵北路二段147號 OR you may display the poster onsite on your own using adhesive tapes (available on-site)
Step 4. Onsite presentation - Present during October 25th-27th according to the program.
- For Oral Presenters, please deliver your presentation during your designated session. - For Poster Presenters, please stand by your poster during the allocated time slot for poster presentations to provide a introduction or answer questions. - The program will be updated on this website with rolling updates.
- Presentations must be delivered in English.
