Code of Conduct for TPS Organized and Sponsored Meetings.
The Physical Society of Taiwan (TPS) upholds the policy that all participants, including attendees, vendors, TPS staff, volunteers, and all other stakeholders at TPS meetings will conduct themselves in a professional manner that is welcoming to all participants and free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Participants will treat each other with due respect and consideration to create a collegial, inclusive, and professional environment at all TPS organized or sponsored meetings.
All participants must avoid any inappropriate actions or statements based on individual characteristics such as age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, nationality, political affiliation, ability status, educational background, or any other characteristic protected by law. Any forms of disruptive or harassing behavior will not be tolerated, this includes but is not limited to inappropriate or intimidating behavior and language, unwelcome jokes or comments, unwanted touching or attention, offensive images, photography without permission, and stalking.
Violations of this code of conduct policy should be reported to meeting organizers, TPS staff, or the TPS Director of Meetings. Sanctions can range from verbal warning, to immediate ejection from the meeting without refund, to notifying appropriate legal enforcements. Retaliation for complaints of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and can be subjected to legal actions. If any participant observes inappropriate comments or actions and personal intervention seems appropriate and safe, they should be considerate of all parties before intervening.
台灣物理學會所籌劃和贊助的會議之行為準則
台灣物理學會(TPS)遵循以下規範，所有與會人士，包括參加者、參展攤商、學會工作人員、志工，和所有利害關係人等皆將以專業態度竭誠歡迎所有參與者，並確保無任何形式的偏見、騷擾及報復等情事。台灣物理學會所籌劃和贊助的所有會議中，參與者會相互尊重和互相體恤，創造一個和諧、包容與專業的環境。
所有與會人士必須避免任何針對年齡、人種、族群、性取向、性別認同、性別氣質、婚姻狀態、國籍、政治立場、身體素質、教育背景或其他依法保障的特質而產生的不當言語或舉動。絕不容許任何造成紛擾或騷擾性的行為，其中包括但不限於：不適當或威嚇性的言語和行為、令人反感的笑話或評論、令人厭惡的觸碰或注視、具冒犯性的圖片、未經同意拍攝肖像和跟蹤騷擾等情事。
任何違反此行為準則之情事將呈報至會議主辦方、學會工作人員或學會會議負責人。懲處方式包括口頭警告，或立即驅逐出會議並不得退款，乃至採取法律途徑。對處分不滿而採取的報復行為決不被容許亦或將訴諸法律。若與會者發現任何不當言行舉止，且主動干預是適當且安全的狀況下，應於干預前為所有與會方進行審慎考量。
