Proceedings

 

The proceedings of SRI2018 will be published online in a single volume of American Institute of Physics (AIP) Conference Proceedings with perpetual access.  All manuscripts submitted for the SRI 2018 Proceedings will be peer-reviewed. 

Please follow the instructions below for preparing your submission:

(1) Manuscripts will be accepted in PDF format generated with either MS Word or LaTex template that is formatted according to AIP style guidelines and AIP Conference Proceedings templates.  LaTex  MS Word

(2) Number of pages: (i) contributed (oral/poster):     4-6
                                       (ii) invited:                                  4-10                
                                       (iii) plenary:                                 no limit

(3) A complete submission includes a manuscript in PDF format and an electronic copy of signed AIP Conference Proceedings License Agreement.

(3.1) Please download the AIP Conference Proceedings License Agreement for SRI 2018. Download
(3.2) Print the document and complete the form on behalf of your co-authors and sign it where appropriate. Please do NOT use an electronic signature. A checklist and a sample form with instructions are also attached. Download

(3.3) Scan this form and upload it in PDF format to the SRI Proceedings submission system.

(4) AIP Conference Proceedings uses author-prepared PDFs for all published content and will not send out author proofs prior to publication.
