About 5-10% of accepted full papers will be selected as Distinguished Papers. The Distinguished Papers list will be announced in conference program. All registered manuscripts will be published in the Proceedings of 2019 International Conference on Education and Learning (ISSN 2518-0800). All conference proceedings will be sent to ISI office for being possibly indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI). Inclusion in CPCI is selective and competitive, while not all-inclusive. ISI office welcomes all submissions but there is no guarantee of inclusion in CPCI.

 

Either full papers or abstracts are welcome, but only full-length papers will be considered the possible recommendation to a special issue. As usually, currently we are contacting several journals to seek collaborations for either publish special issues or recommend some papers to regular issues. The contacted journals are listed as follows:

The final result will be posted on the conference website as soon as possible. Typically, the special issue editorial board will select suitable and quality full papers from the submissions in early May.
