The registration fee includes one welcome reception gathering, two luncheon, four tea and coffee breaks, attending all sessions and keynote speeches, program handbook, CD-ROM proceedings with ISSN number, a souvenir, a certificate of presentation, name badge and a conference bag. To organize such a scale of international conference, the registration fee is used to cover all conference operation costs while maintaining quality service to all participants.

Step 2   Payment

For each paper/abstract, at least one author must pay the registration fee. To encourage authors to make payment earlier so as to save the cost of conference, the early-bird registration fee, regular registration fee and late registration fee are listed in the following table:

The registration fee covers admissions to all conference sessions, a copy of the conference proceedings and the program booklet, four coffee and tea breaks as well as two lunches, and a gift. Welcome reception is also covered. However, the industry tour is optional. The fee of the industry tour is US$75 for the conference participant.

Refund Policy

Please note that once you get Visa Application Document under the conference assistance, the registration fee will not be refunded to you. Otherwise, if the conference receives your written cancellation email before 15 May 2019, the US$ 50 cancellation charge will be imposed and the balance registration fee will be returned to you.

If the conference receive your written cancellation email after 15 May and before 15 June 2019, the US$ 150 cancellation charge will be imposed and the balance registration fee will be returned to you.
If the conference receive your written cancellation email after 15 June and before 1 July 2019, the US$ 250 cancellation charge will be imposed and the balance registration fee will be returned to you.
If the conference receive your written cancellation email after 1 July 2019, the paid registration fee will not be refunded.
